My blog is focused on what I saw, heard about, or encountered during my day. I ZOOM IN on things I find particularly interesting, beautiful, or humorous. My interests overlap and mesh in the fields of interior design, rehab, photography, architecture, color, and anything painted. Throw in salvage, bargain hunting, recycling and that summarizes what you are likely to find on this page.
Craft days were popular with the kids and the grandkids.
Of course lots of cooking and baking took place on a regular basis but we were not in the habit of photographing that process.
There were many play days. Both Scott and Jodie played soccer. Then Jodie became a teacher at about 10 and Scott continued his love of sports and video games.
Holidays were definately family days and many of them were spent at 3802 Hartford. Unfortunately, I didn't date my pictures but I can begin with these knowing it was taken Easter of 2010.
The pictures in this section are very random and definately not in chronological order. Let's say I planned it that way to keep you surprised.
Christmas 2009
First Easter brunch on the new porch and another Easter much, much later.
Thanksgiving
The group shots were given. Maybe because the candids were so bad?
Looks like I borrowed the dining room table and chairs from John & Therese for this Thanksgiving dinner. Ervin definately had a way with the Grandkids.
Maybe someone else can date these photos.
We usually threw in a little game playing which kept everyone laughing.
